At TRP Cycling, we stand by our high-performance braking systems and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your TRP account or visit our online returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Components

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to your box, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
